The Academy of Athens proclaims the Foundation for the Rehabilitation of Albanians of Greek Descent Prize in memory of Angelos Kitsos

ANNOUNCEMENT OF AWARDS
 

SECTION OF LETTERS AND FINE ARTS


Prize of the Foundation for the Rehabilitation of Albanians of Greek Descent in memory of Angelos Kitsos, with an award of 5,000 euros for original research, published within the last five years, on the history, architecture or art history of Epirus. Studies or collections on the arts and photography of Epirus are also eligible for the prize. The deadline for submission, in five copies, is 30 April 2010. The prize will be awarded in December 2010. The Academy shall have the right to award to the prize to another work published within the last five years on an affiliated subject, even if an application has not been submitted, if there are insufficient submissions, or if none of the submitted works meets expectations.
